CBD has seen an explosion in use over recent years and some of the world’s best-known celebrities have undeniably got in on the act too. After all, who doesn’t love a wellness trend?
As you might already know, CBD or cannabidiol, is a compound found in cannabis plants that doesn’t contain psychoactive properties that will enable you to get ‘high’ and many famous faces swear by its alleged positive effects on their body and mind.
So, who is taking it? What are they taking it for and what kinds of CBD do they prefer? Let's find out.
Businesswoman, model, influencer, reality star and socialite, Kim Kardashian West, isn’t backwards in coming forward about professing her love for CBD products. She may have more than 250 million followers on Instagram and an estimated net worth of more than $1billion, but that doesn’t mean she can get a good night’s sleep any more than anyone else. However, she professes that CBD has transformed this area of her life, saying:
“It’s saved my life. Even to sleep at night. I like the gummies. I will just use a little bit and fall asleep. I don’t think I would take a Xanax or an Ambien again.”

Undisputed champ, Josh Taylor, was due to defend his WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO belts against Catterall on December 18, but the fight has been pushed back until February 26 after Taylor picked up a knee injury during training.

Anyone who is into their Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and UFC will know these brothers. Based in the US, they are regularly seen using CBD vapes which they claim helps their recovery after fights. Anthony says:

The blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has launched a CBD company which focuses on 3 main areas; sleep, maintenance and recovery.
