Competition Terms & Conditions

The participants must accept the following terms and conditions of participation - They must select the box before the form can be sent off for competition entry. 

These Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to the prize draw for participating in our mailing list. The organiser of the competition is Orange County CBD, Suite 78, 4 Montpelier Street, Knightsbridge, London, SW7 1EE, United Kingdom. To take part in the competition, the participant must have completed the subscription form in full. 

Orange County CBD will only collect and process personal data of the participants for the purposes of conducting the competition and participating in our mailing list. You have the right to unsubscribe to our mailing list, however your entry for the competition will be withdrawn with immediate effect and you will not be entered into the competition in question. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Each person may only participate once. Employees of Orange County CBD are not eligible to participate in the competition. Last possible date for participation: Midnight October 31, 2022.

The winners will be drawn at random on 1st November 2022. The winners will preferably be informed via the e-mail address from which the recommendation was sent. If the potential winner does not send return confirmation within an appropriated period, Orange County CBD shall be entitled to award the prize to someone else. 

The winners hereby give their consent to be named (first name and last name). The judges’ decision shall be final. No cash payment in lieu of the prize shall be possible. There shall be no entitlement to a substitute prize. There shall be no legal recourse. Orange County CBD reserves the right to change, interrupt or end the competition if it cannot be staged as planned. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are subject to UK law. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the above information.
